Flagship Specialty Foods & Fish Market and Greenbush Brewery are pleased to announce their first-ever OYSTER MASTER CLASS.  Always wanted to learn how to shuck a live oyster? Now’s your chance!  Enjoy several different varieties and species from both the East and West coasts of the US along with signature Greenbush beer pairings.

The event will also consist of a brief educational presentation on oyster history, culturing methods, harvest and much more, from our amazing guest lecturer.  Attendees will receive their very own Oyster Knife (included in ticket price).   Safety gloves & towels will be supplied, just bring yourself!  Attendees MUST be age 21 or over. Reservations are REQUIRED, no day-of admissions possible.
